The food (popcorn and hotdogs vendors) were not accepting payments because they were told they couldn't. The staff were nice, but they had a system in which you have to purchase food in one line, receive a ticket, and then go to the food line (which wasn't long at all). There is no better way to celebrate your special event than at Family Farms. We offer an environment where you can come and learn about fresh fruits and vegetables, animals and the natural way of life. We have been farming for generations and our vision is to bring the farm and community together. Find Nebraska farms & ranches, orchards, farmers markets, pumpkin patches. Issues - It WAS beyond crowded for the space. We are family farms, a place where friends and families come to grow and understand the farm life. They also host special events for holidays like Halloween. The scarecrows were really cool!! It's affordable. Whats cool about Flamingo Road Nursery: The Flamingo Road Nursery is known as a fresh food market during most of the year. Pros Not much to do, but my son enjoyed the Hayride. Daily activities feature a huge pumpkin patch, childrens craft and activity area, pumpkin painting. Took my son to the Halloween Fall Festival event.
